Announcing collaboration with Dr Jan Breitsohl of the University of Glasgow for the Rhino Horn Demand Reduction Initiative

I met Dr Jan Breitsohl (University of Glasgow) on the final day of the World Social Marketing Conference (WSMC) in Alicante, Spain, last November. We started discussing the challenge of rhino horn demand reduction and realised that our approaches — art combined with science behaviour change campaigning and evidence-based behavioural research — could be highly complementary.



We’re now at the early stages of a collaboration to explore how these perspectives can be brought together to better understand what works in shifting attitudes, reducing demand and evaluating impact.
